Our furniture is made from a variety of materials primarily wood, but may also include metal, glass and fabric. We carefully select materials that are high quality and durable. We chose sustainable and recycled materials wherever possible.
We do offer warranty on our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Bear in mind that timber is a natural product and will move with seasonal/weather changes. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Yes, we offer assembly services for an additional fee. The fee varies depending on the item(s) being assembled. Please email us for more details.

Yes and no. As our country is quite vast it will greatly depend upon where you live in relation to the Darling Downs in Qld. For larger furniture pieces we are willing to offer delivery to pretty much anywhere in the East coast States for an additional fee. Else where would likely be via a courier. Get in contact and we can work out the details.
Some pieces will be available immediately, but most commonly no. The majority of our furniture is custom made and we do not have a warehouse. Allow a minimum of six (6) weeks. But, this will vary depending upon the piece you have chosen to be made. Remember that starting on your furniture piece will be dependant upon receipt of your full deposit.
Yes. Your order is confirmed with a minimum 50% deposit. A payment plan is available to help you, but work will not commence until the full deposit is received.
The final payment can be made upon delivery or on the day before delivery. If your piece is being couriered, then final payment is due prior to your furniture being sent to you. In all instances payment must be cleared prior to your furniture being made available to you.
